A non refundable deposit of £10 will be required before a booking can be confirmed. If you fail to turn up or cancel with 24 hours or less notice you will lose this deposit and another deposit will be required to make a new appointment

If you are 15 minutes or more late then your appointment will be cancelled as it will impact on the client after you. Please contact me as soon as you can if you are going to be late and I will do my best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee the appointment will still be able to go ahead and if this is the case your deposit will be lost

I like to take my time on treatments to make sure my

work is of a high standard, so if you like to be

in and out in an hour I will not be the right

nail tech for you

I have two cats. They will not be in the room during treatments, however they do live here

I have a 7 year old daughter who will be at home for some appointments. Especially evening and weekend appointments
